Do you need to file a claim?

Claims are filed with your agent.  Your agent will notify your insurance carrier on your behalf.  There is some information you will need to prepare for a speedy claims process.

• Date and location that loss occurred
• Description of loss
• Names and contact information of all people involved
• Your policy information
• Description of any injuries that occurred
